Our Team

With over 11 years' experience in financial planning, James takes a holistic approach to advice - focusing on the full picture rather than just one piece of the puzzle. He works with clients looking for an ongoing, trusted relationship to guide them through both the big decisions and the everyday. Based in Bendigo, James is a familiar face around the local sporting grounds, coaching his sons' football and cricket, playing baseball, and enjoying music in his spare time.

As our in-house Paraplanner, Nic works behind the scenes to make sure every client plan is accurate, well-researched, and carefully prepared. He enjoys comparing options to find the best fit for each client, supporting James to deliver holistic advice. Outside of work, Nic plays local AFL, golf, and basketball, and spends time at home with his partner Em and their cocker spaniel, Tuddy.

Monica keeps the practice running smoothly, coordinating client reviews, managing platform administration, and guiding clients through each stage of their financial planning journey. With 15 years' experience across administration in both education and finance, she brings strong organisation and attention to detail. Outside of work, she's a dedicated sports mum who enjoys parkrun, pilates, and coffee.

Juanita works across client services and advice support, helping prepare and implement key documents including records of advice, insurance applications, and investment switches. She has a strong understanding of the systems that underpin the advice process, keeping everything organised and on track. Outside of work, Juanita is an avid reader and loves exploring new restaurants and cuisines.
